Private PC Gaming Servers - Free Play!
The best part about PC gaming is that for those who don’t own original copies of their games (or perhaps lost their serial key or have a banned account) is that you can play online with the Internet community, although in a more round about way.
When using a pirated game or a copy, you will not be able to logon to the real servers, as they will know you are using a cracked copy, or a key as someone else so they banlist you. What to do? Easy, go and find a private or cracked server where the user authentication is off and you can play!
How to do this? One way is to go to www.planethamachi.com. Using the hamachi client, you can logon onto networks and play with other people when they are online.
The other way is to find a website that has a list of private servers and you can join that way.
A great site for this that is no BS is www.epcgaming.com.
When I used to play Battlefield 2, I go here all the time and play. It was awesome. Go there and you will find cracked servers for:

- BF2 Special Forces
- Call of Duty
- Call of Duty 2
- Call of Duty 4

- Counter-Strike Source
